We provide a managed deployment service for open-source AI agents. Our service includes the initial setup, configuration, and ongoing management of these agents based on your specific requirements.
Please note: We do not own or operate the physical server infrastructure (VPS) on which your agents are hosted. We act as an intermediary, provisioning servers from reputable third-party cloud providers (such as DigitalOcean, Hetzner, AWS, etc.) on your behalf to make the deployment process smooth and stress-free. Your use of our service is also subject to the acceptable use policies of these underlying infrastructure providers.
Your AI agents operate on isolated virtual private servers. We do not use your proprietary business data or customer interactions to train any foundational models. However, we may access your server for maintenance, troubleshooting, and health monitoring purposes.
Our monthly packages cover both the cost of the underlying VPS infrastructure and our management fee. Additional skill integrations require a one-time fee of $10 per integration. All payments are non-refundable once deployment has been successfully initiated.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to reliance on third-party APIs and cloud providers. Agents by ifreebuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
